The events will raise funds for the Corporation's charity which annually contributes c.£4m to maritime charities. Some of the organisations the Corporation benefits are household names but crucially it regularly contributes to little known charities that do great work in and around the maritime industry. The events are being held on:
- Saturday 5 July at Southwold (Suffolk) lighthouse,
- Friday 11 July at Nash Point (Glamorgan) lighthouse, and
- Saturday 19 July at Portland Bill (Dorset) lighthouse.
Each event will run from 10.00-16.00.

Please note
- Places at the abseiling events are strictly limited to a maximum of 50, and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- The registration fee is £30 per person per event and sponsorship raised must be in support of the Corporation of Trinity House.
- Unfortunately no one under the age of 18 is permitted to participate in the event.
