Many Younger Brothers made career changes while at sea and when working ashore; this was often decided without the benefit of advice from someone 'in the know'. There are many maritime vocations and until now there has been little opportunity for Yeomen to contact experts to help provide information to assist them when making such decisions.

The Younger Brethren have a unique collective range of skill sets and experience and they are currently holding some of the most influential positions in the maritime industry.
50 Brethren from across the Fraternity have agreed to share with Yeomen relevant information and expert guidance on the challenges, advantages and perhaps pitfalls that may be encountered when entering their own line of business.
